The Influencer Award, sponsored by Heidelberg since 2003, honors the contributions of an individual whose vision and energy have impacted our industry in a profound and indelible way. It recognizes the entrepreneurial spirit and foresight to create new business models develop market-shifting technologies and improve our industry in a permanent and sustained manner. Marty Moran, East regional vice president of Heidelberg, will present the award to Reilly.

Reilly’s career is marked by numerous accolades and accomplishments. His tenure as CEO, president and chairman of the board of Cenveo Inc. highlighted his business acumen and vision for a $17 million company. In 10 years, Reilly created a company with $2 billion in sales in 86 manufacturing plants, employing over 10,000 people. While at Cenveo, the company grew rapidly through acquisitions, completing over 60 acquisitions. As CEO, Reilly led the transition of Cenveo from a collection of independent firms to an integrated graphic communication firm providing its clients with multi-media solutions. Growth through acquisition is not a new business model; the boldness, speed and organizational capabilities of Reilly’s method, took the strategy to a new level.

For many other companies it provided a blueprint, as the industry changed and shifted from 2008 to today. Many other companies survive today through their own implementation of the growth strategy that Reilly demonstrated to be a financially sound and prudent business model.

"It is a pleasure to be able to honor Paul Reilly," said PINE president Tad Parker. "His accomplishments and contributions to our industry have positively impacted hundreds of companies and thousands of lives."
